Embroidery Digitizer & Design Specialist

Location: Hybrid / Remote (Pakistan)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Embroidery Digitizer & Design Specialist with an exceptional eye for detail and artistry. The ideal candidate will bring creative flair and technical expertise to translate design concepts into stunning embroidery files compatible with multi-head industrial machines.

This role involves working closely with our design team to create luxury couture embroidery patterns, develop digitized stitch files, and ensure the final results meet the high standards of Simi Ali and Sabz Couture.


Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and optimize embroidery files using professional software (Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch, or equivalent).

Digitize intricate motifs, florals, borders, and patterns for fashion garments.

Collaborate with the design team to develop new embroidery concepts aligned with brand aesthetics.

Test and adjust stitch densities, thread colors, and trims for smooth machine output.

Prepare mockups, thread color charts, and visual previews for production approval.

Maintain an organized digital embroidery archive for all collections.

Coordinate with sampling teams or vendors to ensure flawless execution.


Required Skills & Expertise

Proficiency in Wilcom Embroidery Studio, Tajima DG/ML by Pulse, or similar software.

Strong understanding of stitch types, sequencing, tension, and thread mapping.

Prior experience with luxury, couture, or high-end ethnic wear is a major plus.

Ability to visualize and digitize designs with artistic finesse and precision.

Knowledge of embroidery techniques: zari, resham, sequin, appliqué, and 3D embellishment.

Aesthetic sensibility aligned with Simi Ali's signature elegance.
