Position Summary:

Health Educator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients within an assigned therapeutic portfolio, providing counselling/education. You will play a critical role in helping patients initiate and manage their prescribed therapy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counselling and education to patients on their prescribed therapy.
  • Guide patients through therapy initiation, including dose schedules and self-administration (where applicable).
  • Serve as a key resource for patients to address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce treatment confidence.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions in accordance with program protocols and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including commercial & medical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge, therapeutic guidelines, and patient support best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Food Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
  • 2–3 years of experience in patient counselling, chronic disease management, or therapeutic education preferred; fresh graduates with a degree from an HEC-recognized institution are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering virtual counselling.
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
