We are now expanding our digital presence and looking for a dedicated Senior SEO Specialist to join our in-house team and help us reach more patients through organic search and content optimization.

Job Overview:

We are hiring a skilled and motivated Senior SEO Specialist with expertise in WordPress and a strong background in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate will help improve our website's visibility on search engines, grow organic traffic, and enhance our online reputation in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
  • Perform keyword research specific to medical and health-related terms
  • Optimize WordPress website structure, speed, mobile usability, and metadata
  • Conduct on-page optimization including internal linking, schema markup, and keyword-rich content updates
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues (broken links, redirections, indexing problems)
  • Build quality backlinks through ethical outreach strategies
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs
  • Monitor SEO trends and algorithm changes relevant to the healthcare niche
  • Coordinate with the content and media team to guide blog topics and patient-focused content
  • Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of WordPress (customization, plugins, SEO tools)
  • Strong command of technical SEO, site structure, and page speed optimization
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast SEO, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience in healthcare or medical SEO is a strong advantage

Job Type & Timings:

  • Full-time (On-site)
  • Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month
