About the Role

We're looking for an energetic 
Business Development Trainee
 who's curious, confident, and ready to learn how to turn conversations into opportunities. You'll work directly with our senior BD team to build lead lists, send smart outreach messages, and help us connect with founders and operators across the US and EU.

This role is ideal for someone great with words, organized, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people online.

What You'll Do

  • Research ideal clients and build targeted prospect lists using 
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms
    .
  • Assist in sending personalized connection requests, DMs, and proposals.
  • Learn how to craft outreach messages that get replies (no spam, no templates).
  • Track responses, follow up, and support the team in booking intro calls.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to refine outreach strategy and messaging.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  • Self-driven attitude with eagerness to learn and grow fast.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of startups, SaaS, or digital agencies.
  • Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or client communication.
