Role Description

OOP Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining effective client communication to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also assist the sales team by analyzing data and identifying new business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through different channels and maintain client outreach.
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Help draft business proposals, emails, and other client communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, and SEO services is a plus.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
