About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E Commerce Brand Manager / E-commerce Manager to oversee our Shopify store and WooCommerce platform and drive operational efficiency for our fashion e-commerce business, targeting the US market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, growing, and maintaining our brand's presence across multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Website & Store Management


• Manage the Shopify store, including product uploads, descriptions, categories, and collections.


• Ensure smooth user experience, accurate inventory management, and timely updates.


• Coordinate with designers/photographers for optimized product presentation.

  • • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media.


• Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, schema, internal linking).


• Optimize product descriptions, category pages, and landing pages for search and conversions.


• Collaborate with writers for keyword-driven content.


• Analytics & Performance Tracking


• Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to analyze traffic, sales, and customer behavior.


• Generate reports on KPIs including conversion rates, bounce rates, and revenue trends.


• Suggest data-driven improvements for sales growth.


• Marketing & Growth Support


• Work closely with performance marketing teams to align website promotions with campaigns.


• Manage promotions, coupons, and discount strategies for the US market.


• Ensure website is optimized for ad traffic from Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce stores (WooCommerce/Shopify), preferably in fashion or apparel brands targeting the
US market.


• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization.


• Familiarity with
US e-commerce
trends and consumer behavior.


• Proficiency in
Shopify


• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets, and deliver measurable results.
