Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager (Digital and Operations) to lead our online business strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, optimizing e-commerce operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company's e-commerce website and online marketplace presence.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage online inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to improve online performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to enhance digital operations.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends and technological advancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs300,000.00 per month
