Avari Hotel Lahore is looking to Hire Commi - I.

Responsibilities: include but not limited to:

  • Prepares and services all food items according to approved recipes and standards.
  • Ensures consistency in taste and presentation of all food items.
  • To cook/ prepare all special orders either for banquet, Ala' Carte which may be assigned to him.
  • Work according to the menu specifications by the supervisor.
  • To ensure the working area remains clean at all times
  • To be fully aware of all the health and safety at work regulations in accordance with HACCP and Hygiene Regulation.
  • Responsible for the performance & training of Commis II, Commis III & Apprentices/Trainees in accordance with recipes, standards and specifications.

Qualification and Requirments:

  • Should have matric degree.
  • Must have at least 3 years of culinary experience.
  • 1 years in a similar position
  • Customer & Service Focus.
  • Team player with initiative, self-direction, self-discipline and discretion.
  • Inter-Personal skills
  • Understanding of importance of hygiene
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
