About the Role:

Multipack is hiring Sales Executives
to join our growing team. This is an
on-site market sales role
involving direct interaction with clients in
industrial markets, mandis, and related sectors
. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and passionate about building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients in assigned regions to promote Multipack's plastic products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industrial and wholesale buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide timely market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in field or B2B sales (FMCG or industrial sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be willing to travel within assigned territory.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary:
    PKR 35,000
  • Commission:
    0.5% on sales
