About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced ODOO Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between our clients' business challenges and the powerful solutions offered by the ODOO ERP platform. You will take ownership of analysing processes, designing solutions, and leading implementations to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client workshops to analyse business processes and gather detailed requirements.
  • Design and propose robust ODOO solutions utilizing core modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR.
  • Configure ODOO applications to align with designed business processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to specify, test, and manage customizations.
  • Manage data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conduct comprehensive end-user training.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed functional design documents, process flows, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must Have: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an ODOO Functional Consultant.
  • Must Have: Hands-on involvement in at least 3 end-to-end ODOO implementation projects.
  • Must Have: Deep functional knowledge of multiple ODOO modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting).
  • Strong understanding of the ODOO framework and its operational capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex needs into functional solutions.
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.

Location & Joining:

  • This is an on-site position at our office near the Railway Station.
  • We are prioritizing candidates available to join immediately or at short notice.
