Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to become part of our growing team. The selected candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Odoo ERP solutions. This role involves direct client engagement, requirement gathering, module configuration, and continuous support throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and system requirements.
  • Perform detailed requirement analysis and align business needs with Odoo ERP functionalities.

Odoo Configuration

  • Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR according to client requirements.

Project Management

  • Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects while ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Training & Support

  • Conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption.

Documentation

  • Create detailed documentation including system configurations, customization details, and user manuals.

Testing

  • Carry out comprehensive system testing to confirm solutions meet defined requirements.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues during and after implementation.

Continuous Enhancement

  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and ERP industry developments.
  • Suggest system improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience working with Odoo across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP workflows and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar technologies is an advantage.
  • Odoo certification is preferred.
