Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing supporting various administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment House keeping (Directors / office), purchasing, repaired & maintenance, record keeping. office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence . Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents to director residence. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Support personal assistant duties as needed, including managing schedules and handling confidential information
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of office equipment operation including multi-line phone systems and basic office technology
