Location:
B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan (Candidates residing near B-17, Wah Cantt, or Taxila will be preferred)
Job Type:
Full-Time, Onsite (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years in telemarketing, tele sales, or cold calling

Sales Outreach Specialist to support our sales function through effective outbound client communication.
Position Overview
The
Sales Outreach Specialist
will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, introducing company services, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate must be confident, target-oriented, and capable of handling high outbound call volumes while maintaining communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using the provided leads and databases
- Introduce and articulate company services clearly and professionally
- Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales conversion team
- Schedule appointments and hand over warm leads to the sales department
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, client details, and outcomes in the CRM
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to support future conversions
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
- Provide constructive feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding client needs, concerns, and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or telesales
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Proactive, positive, and goal-driven attitude
