Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Karachi Division. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety compliance, controlling inventory, and collaborating with suppliers to source the best ingredients. The Executive Chef will also be involved in budgeting, cost control, and training team members to deliver excellence in cuisine and service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in menu development, food preparation, and culinary techniques
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management practices
  • Budgeting, cost control, and resource management skills
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative approach to culinary arts
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
