Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Optimize model performance and ensure reliability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and deep learning research.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in AI/ML software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks).
- Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
