Sales Development Representative

Ahmed Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping U.S.-based service businesses scale through paid ads and appointment setting. We are currently hiring full-time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our outbound sales team.
As an SDR, you'll play a critical role in driving growth — reaching out to U.S.-based businesses, booking appointments, and ensuring meetings that lead directly to revenue. We're looking for driven, ambitious professionals who have strong communication skills and are ready to build a long-term career in sales.

Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Salary: PKR 70,000/month (starting)
- Commission: 7% per client on every closed deal from your booked calls
- Many of our SDRs cross PKR 100,000+/month within their first few months through commissions.
- Career Path: SDR → Senior SDR → Closer → Sales Lead → Management
- Quarterly Reviews: Performance-based salary increments and promotions

Key Responsibilities
- Make 120–150 cold calls per day to U.S.-based businesses.
- Book 1–2 qualified appointments daily for our closers.
- Confirm meetings via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Accurately log all activities in GoHighLevel CRM with clear notes and statuses.
- Collaborate with closers and managers to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Share daily performance metrics and join weekly review calls.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident in handling outbound cold calls.
- Resilient and consistent — able to handle rejection professionally.
- Organized, disciplined, and performance-driven.
- Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel is a strong plus.
