Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads in the North America and MENA markets, particularly within the supply chain industry. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS-based products, a strong grasp of supply chain dynamics, and hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Apptivo, Zoho, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach in the North America & MENA market.
Generate high-quality leads through email or LinkedIn campaigns.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling outreach strategies and campaigns.
Nurture and qualify leads to understand their specific needs, challenges, and pain points.
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS-based supply chain product.
Leverage supply chain knowledge to understand clients' requirements and effectively position our product as a solution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system.
Provide valuable insights and feedback from prospect interactions to continuously improve our sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
4-5 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales within a SaaS-based product company.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and industry trends.
Demonstrated success in generating leads and driving business growth in the Australia market.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Mailchimp, Apptivo, Zoho, or equivalent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
