About the Program:

We are offering a
Trainee Program
for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who aspire to build their career in international student coordination and client communication. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in managing student queries, supporting global applicants, and understanding the international education process.

Upon successful completion of the trainee program,
high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time position
with a

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with international students and institutions via email, chat, and calls.
  • Guide students about admission procedures, documentation, and available programs.
  • Maintain and update student records and progress reports in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
  • Assist in organizing orientation sessions, online consultations, and follow-up communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in final semester) in
    English, International Relations, Business, or related fields
    .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
  • Willingness to work in a structured and professional environment.
