Job Description

We are seeking a Male HR Intern to support our HR department in various administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Help organize employee engagement and training activities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

  • Gender: Male candidates only
  • Education: BBA or HRM graduates (students are not eligible)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information

Compensation:

  • Paid Internship
