Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - U.S Healthcare

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute online marketing strategies that promote our healthcare services, engage patients, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, healthcare industry knowledge, and a passion for leveraging online channels to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

  2. Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rates.

  3. Create engaging content (blog posts, videos, social media posts) that resonates with patients and healthcare professionals.

  4. Analyze digital marketing metrics (website analytics, social media insights, email open rates) to inform future marketing decisions.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, communications) to ensure aligned messaging and branding.

  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.

  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email, paid advertising).

  3. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).

  4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

  1. Healthcare industry knowledge or experience.

  2. Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot).

  3. Experience with marketing automation platforms.
