Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager
located in
Faisalabad
. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Your daily tasks will include developing job descriptions and specifications, conducting interviews, managing recruitment databases, and collaborating with various departments to understand hiring requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in sustaining talent by fostering employee retention strategies and managing the company's internal environment to ensure a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Sourcing experience
  • Proficient in Interviewing and Candidate Assessment
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus
