Job Overview:

We are looking a Jr. Assistant to CEO with an energetic and dynamic personality to provide executive-level support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support in planning company events, activities, and follow-ups.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0.5 – 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with the right skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
