Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Jr. HR Operations Executive (female preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Support payroll preparation and leave management processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and processes.
  • Assist in performance management tracking and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1.5 years of HR experience (internship/entry-level experience also considered).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Energetic personality with a proactive approach and ability to multitask.
