About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager – Retail (FMCG) to lead our retail expansion and improvement projects. This role involves managing store development, operational rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. If you have a strong background in FMCG or retail project management, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end retail projects including new store openings, renovations, and distribution rollouts.
  • Develop project plans with clear scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Oversee store design, fit-outs, and merchandising readiness in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, IT) to ensure alignment.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Track project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in project management, ideally in FMCG or retail.
  • Proven success in delivering multi-site projects within strict timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and supply chain processes.
  • Skilled in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
