As the
Creative Content Lead
, you'll play a key role in shaping social media strategies, coming up with fresh innovative content ideas, and ensuring our clients are over the moon with the work we produce. Your role will be a perfect mix of creativity, client management, and leadership

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Servicing
    : Acting as a bridge between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and seamless execution of their business objectives
  • Creative Content Creation
    : Develop and execute standout social media campaigns and content that resonate with audiences across various platforms
  • Leading the Creative Team
    : Collaborate with our designer team to bring your creative concepts to life
  • Pitching & Proposals
    : Work with the team to craft compelling pitches and proposals that win us new business
  • Social Media Management
    : Post regularly across multiple social platforms
  • Community Engagement
    : Foster positive interactions with online communities, responding to comments and feedback promptly
  • Reporting & Insights
    : Track campaign performance and deliver insightful reports to clients and internal teams, providing data backed recommendations
  • Trend Research
    : Stay ahead of the curve by spotting trends, understanding audience preferences, and making sure our campaigns stay relevant and effective

What We're Looking For:

  • At least
    2 years of experience
    in a digital agency environment
  • Strong communication skills
    to build and maintain client relationships
  • A
    creative mindset
    with a passion for crafting engaging, visually appealing content
  • Proficiency with
    social media tools
    and content creation platforms
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects without breaking a sweat
  • A
    team player
    who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
