We seek an experienced and dynamic Creative Content Executive with marketing agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee creating, managing, and optimising all content across various digital platforms. The Content Writer will be key in developing and executing content strategies to drive audience engagement, enhance brand visibility, and meet the company's marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organisational goals and the target audience.
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and marketing professionals, to produce compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure the timely publication and distribution of content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing to improve strategies and tactics continuously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2-5 years working in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools/software.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • No SEO-based content writer is needed.
  • Must have agency background experience.
