This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager ( Gray + Finishing ) located in Rawalpindi. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards. Daily tasks will include supervising construction crews, managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards, and coordinating project control activities.

  • Experience in Budgeting and Project Control
  • Expertise in Construction Safety practice
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is a plus
