Technical Sales Engineer (Onsite | Lahore)

Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in industrial/commercial air compressors, gas compressors, or pneumatic equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, providing technical support to customers, and offering tailored solutions based on client needs. This is a fully onsite role based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for compressor products and related industrial equipment.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.

Work closely with engineering and service teams to provide accurate sizing, selection, and configuration of compressors.

Perform competitor analysis and recommend strategic actions to enhance market positioning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients such as manufacturing units, textile mills, FMCG plants, and engineering firms.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.

Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and coordination for service interventions.

Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM entries.

Stay updated with industry standards, compressor technologies, and customer trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

4–5 years of proven experience in technical sales, particularly with air compressors, gas compressors, pneumatic systems, or industrial machinery.

Strong understanding of compressor types, performance curves, pressure/flow requirements, and industrial applications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, conduct client meetings, and manage the full sales cycle.

Lahore-based and available for onsite visits to customer facilities.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of industrial equipment markets in Lahore and surrounding regions.

Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Ability to coordinate with service teams for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs130,000.00 per month
