Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile
Product Designer
to take ownership of the
end-to-end design process
across our digital products. This role goes beyond traditional UI/UX, you'll be shaping the product's experience, visual identity, and interaction flows while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance
user-centered design thinking
with
business goals
, creating seamless, delightful, and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the
    end-to-end product design process
    , from research and ideation to final execution.
  • Conduct
    user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
    to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex requirements into
    user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
    .
  • Design
    responsive, accessible, and scalable
    user interfaces that work across devices.
  • Design
    Google Play Store/App Store screenshots, promotional assets, and marketing visuals
    to boost app visibility.
  • Establish and maintain
    design systems, guidelines, and component libraries
    for consistency.
  • Collaborate with
    product managers, developers, and stakeholders
    to align business goals with user needs.
  • Advocate for
    user experience best practices
    and ensure designs comply with usability standards.
  • Iterate designs based on
    feedback, data, and testing outcomes
    .
  • Stay up to date with
    design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
    (AI, AR/VR, motion design, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or related field
    (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years
    of proven experience as a
    Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
    with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects for
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/prototyping tools
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design principles
    .
  • Experience building and maintaining
    design systems
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance
    creativity with analytical thinking
    .

Good to have:

  • Game design experience
    (UI for games, interaction design, or gamification).
  • Knowledge of
    motion design, AR/VR interfaces, or interactive storytelling
    .
  • Familiarity with
    front-end technologies
    for smoother dev handoff.
  • Experience with
    A/B testing app store creatives
    and conversion optimization.
