Position Overview
We are looking for self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals to join our Marketing & Outreach team. This opportunity is ideal for those who have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
As a Marketing & Outreach Executive, you will be the bridge between students and Manahil Academy. Your role will involve promoting our courses, expanding outreach, and increasing enrollments through both direct and indirect marketing channels.
Note: This is a commission-only position with no earning limits — the more students you bring in, the more you earn
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard prospective students for both online and in-person programs
Actively promote Manahil Academy in schools, coaching centers, tuition groups, and educational communities
Leverage platforms like social media, WhatsApp groups, influencers, and community networks to generate leads
Share clear, accurate information about our course offerings, fee structures, and academic benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and local education stakeholders
Maintain weekly progress reports, track referrals, and manage student data logs
