Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on pending and overdue fee payments.
  • Maintain accurate recovery and payment records.
  • Coordinate with parents, students, and departments regarding financial matters.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
  • Support the accounts team in reconciliation and record maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and timelines for recoveries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recovery, accounts, or administrative roles (education sector experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial matters with discretion and professionalism.
