Role Overview:

The Fee Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing fee collections, following up with students on pending payments, and ensuring timely recovery of student fees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track fee payments from students
  • Contact students/parents regarding overdue fees via phone, email, or meetings
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to update payment records
  • Prepare reports on fee recovery status and pending dues
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all fee-related transactions
  • Assist in resolving student queries related to fees and payments
  • Work collaboratively with admission and administration teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in accounts and finance or relevant degree holder.
  • Proven experience in fee collection, accounts receivable, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong record-keeping skills
