Position: Principal and Academic Head (Female)

Location: The Educators, Rawalpindi

Job Description:

"The Educators" is seeking a motivated and experienced "Principal" and an " Academic Head" to lead our school in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. They will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, and maintaining high standards of education and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the school.
  • Oversee day-to-day school operations, including staff management, student discipline, and curriculum implementation.
  • Foster a positive school culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and facilities efficiently.
  • Drive continuous improvement in academic performance and student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal or School Head.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in staff development, curriculum planning, and student assessment.
  • Familiarity with the latest educational trends and technology.
  • Candidates living near Chaklala will be given preference.
