Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and AI-driven roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
  • Translate business needs and user insights into BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design scalable, cloud-native AI/ML product architectures focused on performance, security, and reliability.
  • Work with modern AI tools and frameworks including LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral), LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate), Hugging Face, and MLOps platforms.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to design, development, testing, launch, and ongoing iteration.
  • Oversee multiple AI/ML initiatives in parallel, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with KPIs.
  • Utilize product and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Asana, Trello, and for planning and execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, data science, UX, DevOps, compliance, and business teams to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines, sprint plans, dependency tracking, risk mitigation strategies, and release schedules using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Support model evaluation efforts, A/B testing, telemetry analysis, and performance monitoring of AI systems in production.
  • Ensure documentation quality, security compliance, and adherence to AI governance and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of combined experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Proven experience defining, building, and launching scalable AI, ML, or SaaS products.
  • Strong technical understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, vector stores, MLOps workflows, and cloud-native engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and data science teams to deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with tools like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar.
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred experience in fast-paced or greenfield AI environments, including scaling early-stage AI teams or product lines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350, Rs450,000.00 per month
