Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a "Remote Retail Credit Operations Associate" for our leading banking client.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough verification of loan documents for Home Loans, Auto Loans, and Loans Against Property (LAP) as per standard guidelines.

Execute accurate loan disbursals and system updates, adhering to strict maker-checker controls.

Handle customer loan servicing requests, including settlements, rescheduling, and amendments.

Conduct vital GL reconciliations and maintain precise MIS trackers and reports.

Ensure all processes comply with SOPs and credit policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A graduate with 1-3 years of experience in retail credit operations, loan processing, or banking operations.

Keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to quality.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with banking software/ERPs.

Excellent communication skills and a self-driven approach suitable for remote work.

A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
