We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and managing all office IT systems, including computers, printers, and network infrastructure. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of office computers, printers, and related equipment.
  • Monitor and manage the office network to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.
  • Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system updates are properly managed.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to office staff for day-to-day IT-related issues.
  • Ensure all IT operations comply with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, printers, and network setup & maintenance.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network configurations.
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
