Job Title: Personal Trainer with Physiotherapy Knowledge

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Personal Trainer with a strong understanding of recovery and rehabilitation for clients undergoing physiotherapy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating personalized fitness programs tailored to diverse client needs, including injury recovery, mobility improvement, and general fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customized workout plans catering to fitness and recovery clients.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists to ensure safe and effective recovery programs.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt plans for optimal results.
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
  • Provide motivation and support to help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Personal Training (ACE, NASM, etc.).
  • Knowledge or certification in physiotherapy or rehabilitation (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of injury recovery processes and mobility training.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal training: 2 years (Preferred)
