We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Promote IT consulting services to potential clients across multiple industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral for client meetings.
  • Utilize digital platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools, email campaigns) to prospect and engage with potential clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales and marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    BBA or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in IT Consulting / Software Services).
  • Experience in
    market research
    will be considered a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting is desirable.
