Digital Marketing Specialist (USA & Local Market Focus)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated
Digital Marketing Specialist
with proven experience in managing
social media handles for the USA & Local market
and expertise in
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, creating engaging campaigns, and improving our website's visibility to attract the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, grow, and optimise company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) specifically targeting USA as well as Local audiences.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Plan and implement paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for the US market.
  • Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Optimise website content, blogs, and landing pages for higher organic traffic.
  • Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights) and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest US market trends, digital marketing tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in digital marketing with focus on
    USA market campaigns
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    SEO, social media management, and content optimisation
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare actionable insights.
  • Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented personality.
