Job Summary:

We are hiring a
Senior SEO Manager
to lead and manage all SEO efforts for Japan Electronics. This role requires a strategic leader who can
own the SEO roadmap
, drive measurable growth in
organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead generation, and conversions
, and ensure all our web pages and digital assets achieve maximum visibility. Candidates with digital agency experience and proven success in
US and international SEO projects
will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company-wide SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Own SEO roadmap across all platforms and ensure execution with measurable results.
  • Lead and mentor SEO executives/assistants, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Performance & Growth

  • Deliver monthly growth in
    organic traffic, leads, and conversions
    with clear KPIs.
  • Boost rankings for targeted
    high-competition keywords
    in Pakistan and international markets.
  • Monitor and report progress against targets, ensuring accountability.

On-Page & Off-Page Excellence

  • Manage on-page SEO (technical audits, site architecture, content optimization, speed improvements).
  • Drive authority through
    link-building, outreach, guest posting, and PR-based SEO strategies
    .
  • Ensure local SEO optimization for branches and service regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to integrate SEO best practices.
  • Align SEO with paid campaigns, branding, and overall digital marketing efforts.

Innovation & Adaptation

  • Stay ahead of
    Google algorithm changes
    and SEO industry trends.
  • Experiment with new growth strategies and tools to gain competitive advantage.

KPIs / Must-Haves:

  • Growth in
    organic traffic (month-on-month, year-on-year)
  • Top
    keyword rankings
    achieved and maintained
  • Increase in
    leads and conversions
    generated through organic traffic
  • SEO
    ROI and cost efficiency
    improvements
  • Local SEO ranking performance for company branches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience
    in SEO (agency or international project experience highly preferred).
  • Strong track record of
    scaling organic growth for competitive niches
    .
  • Expertise in SEO tools:
    Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
    .
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with proven ability to
    deliver results under deadlines
    .
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
