We are committed to delivering high-quality products with precision and innovation. To strengthen our production team, we are hiring a Factory Technician / Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.
  • Monitor fabrication, cutting, and fitting of aluminium and glass materials.
  • Manage factory staff and assign daily tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Inspect products to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers and project teams for material and process improvements.
  • Ensure safety protocols and maintenance of machines and equipment.

Requirements:

  • DAE / Diploma in Mechanical or Technical Field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in aluminium, glass, or fabrication industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machines, tools, and fabrication processes.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and ensure timely project completion.
