Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Daily tasks will include market research, reaching out to potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Excellent analytical and market research skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi
- Experience in the telemarketing or insurance industry is a plus
