Business Development & Operations Manager (Call Center / BPO) - UAE Market Specialist

The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to be the cornerstone of our new venture. This is a unique dual-role opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who can not only acquire high-value clients from the UAE market but also seamlessly set up and manage the operations to deliver on those contracts. Your existing relationships and experience with Dubai-based campaigns will be crucial to our success.
What You'll Do:
- Business Development:
- Lead the end-to-end business development cycle to acquire call center/BPO projects, specifically targeting clients in the UAE and Middle East.
- Leverage your existing client relationships and industry network to secure new contracts and campaigns.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the Dubai market, including professional client presentations (virtual/in-person).
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Operations Management:
- Take charge of setting up our new 15-20 seat call center, including process design, technology implementation, and team building.
- Manage the entire operations lifecycle: from client onboarding and campaign setup to agent training, quality assurance, and daily performance monitoring.
- Oversee the technical setup and integration of essential tools like cloud telephony (VoIP), dialers, and CRM systems.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of call center agents to meet and exceed client KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare detailed performance reports, analyze metrics, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: 2-3 years of combined experience in business development and operations within a call center/BPO environment.
- Market Expertise: Must have proven experience handling and acquiring Dubai/UAE-based campaigns. Existing client relationships in the region are a significant advantage.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of call center technologies, including cloud-based dialers, VoIP systems, and CRM integration.
- Leadership & Entrepreneurial Spirit: A natural leader who can build, train, and manage a team. You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are ready to wear multiple hats.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with international clients.
- Availability: Immediate joiner who is ready to take on a challenge.
