We are looking for an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to source and recruit top talent for the US region, utilizing a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job boards, and ATS. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates for assigned jobs/requisitions using various channels like job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen and qualify candidates' technical skills, experience, and overall fit for the jobs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Continuously scout for talent by developing and sustaining a candidate pipeline.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly submission targets and maintain the required submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, notes, and progress in the ATS.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and candidates for scheduling interviews, prepping candidates, and ensuring a timely response on assigned jobs.
- Ensure recruitment procedures comply with organizational standards.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality when handling candidate and company information.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably in the US region.
- Proficiency in US recruitment processes and terminology, including ATS, VISA types, and job boards (e.g., Monster, Dice, LinkedIn).
- Solid understanding of Boolean search, recruitment technologies, and experience recruiting in Software/IT and other industries.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Street-smart, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work US hours (5:30 PM onwards).
