Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Solution Architec
t to lead the design and implementation of modern, scalable, and cloud-native enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to transform legacy systems. into future-ready digital platforms

Key Responsibilitis

  • Architect Modern System
    s: Design end-to-end solutions for complex domains such a
    s BSS/OSS (Telecom), Payments, Core Banking, Digital Lending (Fintech) or IT sector
    s leveraging microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first design principles.
  • Lead Transformatio
    n: Analyze legacy monolithic applications and define pragmatic, phased modernization roadmaps toward cloud-native architectures (containerization, serverless, etc.
  • Drive Technology Strateg
    y: Evaluate and select suitable technologies, frameworks, and platforms; make informed build-vs-buy decisions supported by technical and business insights.
  • Ensure Excellenc
    e: Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and best practices ensurin
    g security, scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.
  • Hands-On Leadershi
    p: Develop detailed architecture blueprints (C4, UML), lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), mentor senior engineers, and guide implementation teams through technical governance.

    to microservices, RESTful, and cloud-nat
    ive architectures.
  • Cloud Proficien
    cy: Strong expertise
    in AWS, Azure, or
    GCP, with a solid understanding of compute, serverless, databases, and messaging services.
