About The Role: We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer with expertise in PHP (Laravel) and modern front-end frameworks like React. In this role, you will contribute to building scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting technical leadership in delivering high-quality solutions.
What you will do:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel) and React.
  • Write clean, efficient, testable, and secure code following best practices. 
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges using analytical and creative approaches. 
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver features within project timelines. 
  • Support technical leadership in planning, prioritisation, and task execution. 
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
  • 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in developing business applications. 
  • Practical experience with PHP (Laravel framework) and React. 
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.). 
  • Proficiency in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 
  • Familiarity with other JS frameworks/libraries (Angular, ) is a plus.  
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) is a plus. 
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software design principles. 
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence). 
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
