Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Blockchain Developer with hands-on experience in Solana, TON (The Open Network), EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine), and Telegram bot development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in blockchain node management, smart contract development, and programming—Python proficiency will be a major advantage. Fluency in both Urdu and English is required for seamless communication within our diverse team. Key Responsibilities:

Blockchain Development

  • Design & Deployment: Architect, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on Solana, TON, and EVM-based blockchains.
  • Smart Contracts: Write, test, and optimize secure and efficient smart contracts.
  • Node Management: Set up, monitor, and maintain blockchain nodes to ensure performance, stability, and security.

Telegram Bot Development

  • Integration: Build and integrate Telegram bots that interact seamlessly with blockchain applications.
  • User Experience: Deliver a smooth, secure, and user-friendly Telegram environment.

Technical Collaboration

  • Teamwork: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver top-quality blockchain solutions.
  • Code Reviews: Participate in peer reviews, uphold coding standards, and provide constructive feedback.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Monitoring: Track performance of blockchain networks and applications, identifying issues early.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.

Research & Innovation

  • Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest blockchain trends, tools, and frameworks.
  • Enhancements: Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven blockchain development experience with Solana, TON, and EVM.
  • Hands-on experience with blockchain node management.
  • Strong knowledge of smart contract languages (Solidity for EVM, Rust for Solana).
  • Practical experience building Telegram bots using APIs and frameworks.
  • Solid programming background in JavaScript, TypeScript, and preferably Python.
  • Familiarity with blockchain development tools (Truffle, Hardhat, Anchor) and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional blockchain ecosystems.
  • Understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant blockchain certifications are a plus.
