Job Summary

We are seeking a
Blockchain Developer
with proven experience in
Solana, TON (The Open Network), EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine)
, and
Telegram bot automation
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in blockchain node management, smart contract development, and backend programming (Python is a strong plus). Fluency in
Urdu and English
is required for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy dApps on Solana, TON, and EVM-compatible networks.
  • Write, audit, and optimize smart contracts for scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain blockchain nodes to ensure reliability and performance.

Telegram Bot Development

  • Build and integrate Telegram bots that interact with blockchain applications.
  • Deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly bot experiences.

Collaboration & Code Quality

  • Work with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor blockchain networks and applications for performance/security issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.

Research & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with blockchain tools, protocols, and frameworks.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with
    Solana, TON, and EVM platforms
    .
  • Strong experience in
    node management
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Solidity (EVM)
    and
    Rust (Solana)
    .
  • Experience developing
    Telegram bots
    with APIs and frameworks.
  • Strong programming foundation in
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    ; Python preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Truffle, Hardhat, Anchor
    , and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Fluency in
    Urdu and English
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional blockchain platforms.
  • Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain security best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Blockchain certifications are a plus.
