About the job:

The Trainee - Global Medical Maintenance will collaborate closely with the Global Medical Maintenance Experts & Medical regulatory Writers to support, design and implement lifecycle management activities of assigned global CHC portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborates closely with GMME's to ensure quality and timely medical contribution for key strategic submissions such as new applications, renewals, variations, etc.
  • Assist the Global Medical Maintenance experts in preparing the creation of medical documents dedicated to Health Authorities and other national authorities.
  • Performs preliminary analysis of medical/scientific data and participates in the elaboration and/or the evaluation of their publication.
  • Monitors medical news and publications, shares key learnings/alerts to global medical affairs and maintenance team
  • Provides scientific monitoring oversight activities of medical vendors
  • Follows CHC governance, ensuring Sanofi/industry standards are maintained at all times while looking for opportunities to streamline processes in the future
  • Ensures ethics, transparency, quality, and compliance of all medical activities (internal policy, procedures)

About you:

Education

  • Ensures ethics, transparency, quality, and compliance of all medical activities (internal policy, procedures)

Required knowledge and/or experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Pharmaceutical Industry - Experience in Consumer Healthcare is a real asset
  • Prior knowledge of technical writing for healthcare authority submissions (ICSRs, clinical overviews, clinical expert statements, periodic reports etc.), desirable.
  • Minimal experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams across geographies, desirable
  • Experience in scientific publications, a plus
  • Ability to analyze and integrate scientific and consumer data
  • Ability to handle a large workload under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English language & strong ability to build and maintain networks both internally and externally
  • High level of professionalism
  • Planning and organizational skills, proactive, time- and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, and at the same time keep the focus on objectives
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others; the genuine desire to be part of a team, involving multi-functional disciplines, and contribute to organizational and team goals
