Job Title: Admin/Customer Relationship Officer (Female)
Job Summary:

We're seeking an organized and customer-focused Admin/Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Saddar. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, diverting inquiries to relevant departments, and maintaining office operations. If you're a detail-oriented and communicative individual, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients, conduct inquiries, and divert to relevant departments.

  2. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and client engagement.

  3. Manage office environment, including attendance records and utilities.

  4. Prepare for directors' meetings, maintain client lists, and gather feedback.

  5. Ensure office organization and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. Fluency in English (written and verbal).

  3. Presentable and professional demeanor.

  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
